Count notes before and after the transaction
Before handing over cash, know how many notes and which denominations you have. At the counter, confirm which rate applies and the final VND amount. Do not expose sensitive information unnecessarily
Identification can be required for some transactions under applicable procedures. Present information only through a legitimate transaction process, and avoid sharing passport images or personal details through unverified social accounts.
